1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("the User") and 939bat ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using any feature of 939bat — including but not limited to the sports betting section, casino, slots lobby, live casino, VIP programme, and any promotional offers — you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply alongside any specific rules attached to individual products, games, promotions, or features on 939bat. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and the specific rules of a feature, the more specific rules take precedence for that feature.

These Terms are written in English. Where a translation may be provided for convenience, the English version governs in all cases.

2. Eligibility

939bat reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. Where proof of age cannot be confirmed, access to the account will be suspended until verification is completed. Any winnings accumulated during an unverified period may be withheld pending successful verification.

3. Account Registration

Each user may hold only one account on 939bat. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended. Any balances held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested during the registration process or during subsequent identity verification checks.

You are responsible for keeping your account information current. If any of your registered details change, update them in your account settings. Providing false or misleading information at any point — including during registration or KYC verification — is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Account registration and use of the platform is for personal entertainment only. Using an account for any commercial purpose, operating on behalf of third parties, or using the platform as part of any scheme to exploit promotional offers, is not permitted.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on 939bat are made in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• Debit and credit cards

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of deposit. Deposit limits may also be subject to account-level controls set by the user through responsible gaming tools.

939bat does not charge fees for processing deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or card issuer.

Deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party sources are not accepted and will be returned where technically possible. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the account may be suspended pending investigation.

939bat does not offer credit or advance funds to users. All bets and game stakes must be placed from an existing positive balance.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to a payment method registered to your account. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification. This involves submitting acceptable identity documentation as specified during the verification process.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available account balance.
• Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

939bat offers promotional bonuses including welcome offers, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other seasonal or VIP-specific offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, as well as these general Terms.

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• One bonus per promotion per user, per household, and per payment method.
• Bonuses may only be used on the games or betting markets specified in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically.
• 939bat reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time. This will not affect bonuses already claimed and actively in use.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim offers multiple times, coordinating with other users to exploit promotional mechanics, or placing bets in a pattern designed to reduce risk while satisfying wagering requirements — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

7. Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 939bat are subject to the rules of the specific market and sport. Users are responsible for understanding the market they are betting on before placing a wager. The following general rules apply:

• Bets accepted before an event begins are pre-match bets. Bets accepted after the event has started are in-play bets and are governed by the odds and market state at the time the bet is confirmed.
• Bets placed after a market has officially closed are void regardless of the outcome shown.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the required duration of play has been completed, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless the specific rules for that market state otherwise.
• Where odds are offered in error due to a clear technical or human mistake, 939bat reserves the right to void affected bets. This will not apply to odds that reflect legitimate market uncertainty.
• Cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals, and ODIs — are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published in the sports betting section. Weather interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis calculations, and match result changes are handled according to those rules.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to result correctly. A single void selection within an accumulator will reduce the bet to the remaining selections rather than voiding the entire accumulator, unless specifically stated otherwise for a given market.

939bat reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on users or specific markets. Maximum stake amounts for any market are displayed before the bet is confirmed.

8. Casino & Slots

All casino games and slot titles available on 939bat use certified random number generators (RNG). Game outcomes are independent — past results have no effect on future spins or hands. RTP percentages quoted for slot games are theoretical long-run figures and are not a guarantee of short-session performance.

Users acknowledge that casino games and slots are games of chance. No strategy, system, or pattern of play guarantees a positive return. 939bat does not represent that any game can be consistently beaten over time.

Malfunctions — including game freezes, disconnections, or display errors — void all pays and results for the affected game round. In the event of a connection failure during a live casino game or slot session, the game state will be recorded and restored when the session is re-established. Bets placed during a disconnection are processed according to the recorded game state.

9. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 939bat login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person.

939bat will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or authentication codes. Any communication claiming to be from 939bat and asking for this information should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

All bets and transactions made from your account before you report unauthorised access are your responsibility. 939bat cannot reverse transactions that occurred before the report was received.

You are advised to use a unique, strong password for your 939bat account and to enable any available two-factor authentication. Do not access your account from shared or public devices, and always log out fully after each session.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 939bat and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account.
• Providing false identity, age, or contact information.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using third-party payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any such advantage gained must be reported immediately; failure to do so constitutes a violation of these Terms.
• Colluding with other users in casino games, including live dealer games.
